About Me…..

Transforming Trauma & Addictive Processes with IFS

I am an integrated Level 3 IFS psychotherapist who uses traditional Western and Eastern mental health and wellness approaches. People come to me because they want to overcome emotional, mental, and addictive challenges in their lives.

My journey of 29 years in recovery, my passion for psychotherapy, and almost 14 years of practicing in the field have culminated in a unique understanding of the wisdom of spirituality for the healing of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and PTSD.

A former dancer, entrepreneur, and global nomad, I have lived a rich life during which I experienced both extreme addiction and personal spiritual healing.

Published author, public speaker, retreat leader, meditator, yogi, and dancer - I bring a lifetime of knowledge and experience to the healing process.

Yoga practitioner, meditator, breath worker.

Writing & Speaking

I am a nationally published author, public speaker, and presenter.

I am always open to sharing my knowledge on a variety of topics with specialized as well as broad audiences.

My forthcoming book, "Rise in Recovery: The Spiritual Path for Healing Addiction" examines the intersection between neuroscience and spirituality as a path to recovery.

The anticipated publication date is April, 2024 by Koehler Books.

I am honored to have been accepted as a workshop presenter at the 49th Annual Winter Symposium on Addictive Disorders, Behavioral Health & Mental Health in Colorado Springs, CO, February 4-7, 2024.

My topic, Spiritual Healing for Addiction focuses on the neurobiological benefits of spiritual practices as a pathway to transforming our current approach to how we are treating this soul crushing disease.
