IFS Parts Mapping Workshop
Whether you are new to Internal Family Systems, or experienced in parts work, please join me on a creative journey to discover your “parts” and learn how to map your internal system. I am offering three (3) separate workshop dates - choose one that fits your schedule best - all supplies, handouts, and refreshments are included.

What to Expect:
Starting our journey together with a “Self Meditation” will bring us in connection with our inner calm, centeredness, curiosity, creativity, clarity, courage, confidence, and compassion.
We will begin by identifying our parts (managers, firefighters, exiles) and cataloguing them which will give us an opportunity to detail our knowledge, and “get to know” our parts better.
We then map the parts out in a rich approach which includes arts supplies and found objects in nature. This is an intuitive, creative, and insightful opportunity.
Investment
$175 for one (1) 3-hour workshop.
